Bookings are open 30 days in advance for all classes and can be made via our website. Please cancel your class early, at least 6 hours before your class online or via email to avoid the missed class charges. No Exceptions.

WAITLIST

If you are on the waitlist, you can be added to a class up to 60 minutes before the class starts. Once added, that space is yours; please don't sign up for the waitlist if your schedule is not flexible, and you can make it within 60 minutes.

EMAILS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Please check to ensure that you've opted in to receive the email notifications; you will receive an email or text, at which point you can confirm in or out of the class. If you don't respond, we will presume you will be attending.
