UNDERSTANDING YOUR LEVEL
UNDERSTANDING YOUR LEVEL
Beginner (Level 0–1)
No experience needed. Focus on building strength, coordination, and confidence on and off the pole.
Low Intermediate (Level 2)
Comfortable with beginner spins and transitions. Beginning to climb and control movement, and getting familiar with wearing pole heels.
Intermediate (Level 3)
Solid technique and control. Confident with climbs and sits, and starting to work on inversions. Expect more complex combinations and choreography.
High Intermediate (Level 4)
Consistent inversions and strong control. Advanced transitions, dynamic movement, and mastering flow.
Advanced (Level 5)
For experienced dancers. Strong, clean inversions and advanced tricks. Focus on performance quality, intricate choreography, power, flow, and personal style.
